Please arrive 10 minutes before the event starts. Hosts set their own timing guidelines and may decide at their discretion whether they can facilitate late arrivals or meetups.
What is your no-show policy?
Members are allowed up to 3 no-shows. After 3 no-shows, HoneydewMoo Social may remove you from the community.

Please don't attend unless you have a confirmed spot. Capacity limits are there for the safety and comfort of everyone attending.
Can I transfer my spot to someone else?
Event spots are generally non-transferable unless approved by HoneydewMoo Social or the event host.
Cancellations & Refunds
What is your refund policy?
The HoneydewMoo Social community fee paid to register for an event is non-refundable.
What if I need to cancel my event registration?

What if I can't make it because of an emergency?
If an unforeseen or extenuating circumstance prevents you from attending, please contact us as soon as possible. We may request documentation when appropriate.
What happens if an event is canceled?
If HoneydewMoo Social or the host needs to cancel an event, you will receive a refund of your HoneydewMoo Social event fee and any related charges paid through HoneydewMoo Social.
