Nature of Product
Please note that our candle tins may occasionally have minor imperfections, such as faint indents, marks, or scratches. These subtle variations do not affect the performance or quality of our products.
As each item is handmade, slight differences are a natural part of the process, adding to their unique charm. Additionally due to the nature of natural oils and butters, color between batches may vary. Thank you for appreciating the artisanal nature of our candles!
Shipping
Handmade to order: products require 1-2 business days to craft. During busy periods, production time may extend to approximately 7-10 business days before shipping.
We ship throughout the U.S., including to Alaska and Hawaii! A flat-rate shipping fee of $5 applies to all orders under $70.
Once your order leaves our facility, we take no responsibility for delays caused by the shipping carrier. Unfortunately, we are unable to replace missing or stolen packages.
Once an order is submitted, we are unable to make any changes, including address updates, item modifications, or cancellation requests. If you need to update the shipping address, please contact the shipping carrier directly to change your address or request a local pick-up point.
Honeydewmoo is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect shipping addresses.
Tracking and Delivery
Once a package has shipped, tracking information is outside of our control, and while we’d love to assist, final delivery is managed by the carrier. We kindly ask that you allow 3–5 business days from the delivery date for the package to reach its correct destination. Sometimes, carriers may mark a package as "delivered" before it actually arrives. If you're experiencing shipping or delivery issues, please contact the carrier directly, as they will have more detailed information.
Return to Sender
In the event that your order is returned to us (Return to Sender), we will reach out via email to arrange a replacement order. If we are unable to contact you, the returned order will be refunded, minus the cost of shipping.

Please note, we are unable to cover return shipping fees.
Product Returns & Exchanges
All of our products are carefully inspected before shipment. Due to the nature of our products, candles that have been lit cannot be returned or refunded.
Our candles are made to order. Therefore, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged. If your order is damaged upon delivery, kindly contact us within 3 days of receipt to arrange a replacement or credit.

Are your photos mockups? Are your photos AI?
Starting a business from the ground up is very expensive. Taking pictures of over 1,000 designs would be costly. To alleviate such cost, all photos are 3D rendered. What does this mean? A mockup of the candle is created, and each label is individually designed digitally, then warped along the candle tin.
When using an AI generator, you can typically get one good design after multiple tries, but often you cannot replicate that design. 3D rendering is a form of artistry in its own right, and we are proud to welcome the new age of product delivery for eCommerce shoppers.
Are your candles drop-shipped? Do you buy your candles in bulk? Why are there so many candles available?
All candles are poured and labeled by hand. Candles are pre-made in batches of 50–200, then allowed to cure. When you place your order, the label is picked if the design is popular or printed on demand if ordered infrequently.
All candles have the same subtle scent—the only variation is the label. HoneydewMoo’s operations are housed in a tiny corner of a 325 sq ft apartment.
