Product Returns & Exchanges

All of our products are carefully inspected before shipment. Due to the nature of our products, candles that have been lit cannot be returned or refunded. 

Our candles are made to order. Therefore, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged. If your order is damaged upon delivery, kindly contact us within 3 days of receipt to arrange a replacement or credit.

Exchanges Accepted: No

Eligible Condition: New, unused products only

Return Window: 3 days from the date of delivery

Method: By mail

Return Label: Customer is responsible for return shipping and label costs

Restocking Fee: USD $5

Refund Processing Time

Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after the return is received and inspected.
